地圖與建築主題小組預計於98年6月18日下午2時召開97年度第二次工作會議，會議中請各計畫以簡報的方式分享一年來的執行經驗及成果，同時也討論各計畫未來持續數位化工作的規劃及面臨的問題。「藝術與建築索引典（AAT）中文化」團隊也受邀出席會議，由陳淑君女士為大家介紹本主題小組與該團隊合作進行建築類索引典中文化的近況。而「建築類多樣性數位化資源調查」團隊也累積了一些成果，都將在本次會議中與各位成員分享，更希望可以得到大家的建議與回饋。另外，在上次的會議中，東華大學 許志堅老師提到林田山建築數位化的可能性，地圖與建築主題小組遂邀請東華大學數位化團隊參與本次會議，討論這個可能性的實現。
